
Lisa Grove
Lisa Grove is a principal and the director for DB Implementation and Systems Integration for the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice. Lisa manages a team of project managers and technical resources for new client implementations and ongoing client support. She joined Milliman in 2014.
Experience
Lisa has worked in the employee benefits administration field since 1995. She has extensive experience managing various defined benefit plans, administration teams, and technical conversions and implementations. She also has industry experience in defined contribution and health and welfare administration. As the manager of our systems team, she works closely with our new and existing clients alongside her talented team to ensure plan provisions and administrative procedures are clearly defined and configured to allow for a seamless transition to the Milliman platform. Her team also manages many of our pension derisking projects from the administration side, working closely with both internal and external actuarial consultants. Lisa understands the challenges plan administrators face and works tirelessly to identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.
Prior to joining Milliman, Lisa worked for Northern Trust, Hewitt Associates, and Morneau Shepell in various roles.
