Jason Leurquin

Jason has served various types of clients in his time at Milliman. His main area of expertise is Medicaid-managed care rate setting and Milliman’s Part D Medicare Tools.

• For Part D Medicare Tools, Jason has assisted with updating and modifying the Prescription Drug Rating Model, RxRM, and the Plan Benefit Package Tool, PBP Tool.
• Jason works with the Minnesota Division of Medicaid to develop Medicaid-managed care rates for the PMAP and MinnesotaCare programs that cover acute, primary, specialty, long-term, and behavioral health services for children and low-income populations.
• Jason works with the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to develop Medicaid-managed care rates for the MississippiCAN program that covers acute care services for low-income and disabled populations.
