Ethan supports projects in both the private and public sectors for a variety of clients. His primary experience is with assisting Medicare Part D plan sponsors Medicare bid development. He also supports pharmaceutical benefit manager clients with formulary modeling, profitability, and net plan liability modeling. Other work includes dental rating for employee benefit groups, retiree model development, and healthcare market research using predictive modeling.
