James contributes to a variety of work for both public and private sector clients. His experience includes supporting plan pricing and strategy for Medicare Part D plan sponsors, Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWPs), and Employee Benefits. James also assists with formulary analytics, projections for drug manufacturers, rate filings, and medical stop loss analysis.James supports work involving financial statements, risk-based capital, and other related healthcare finance topics. Prior to joining Milliman, he gained experience in the Investments department of a major health insurance carrier. James serves as a point of contact for practice recruiting efforts.
